Quality Month November 2025 : Increase Awareness of Quality Culture.

In November 2025, PT Sumiden Serasi Wire Products once again held a series of Quality Month activities, as part of its annual program aimed at increasing awareness, competence, and commitment of all PT SSWP employees regarding the importance of quality.

With the theme "Increase Awareness of Quality Culture," this year's Quality Month activities were slightly different from previous years. They were designed to be more collaborative, build healthy competitiveness, and focus on implementation to increase awareness of quality culture.

Opening Ceremony & Management Commitment

The event was opened by management, who reaffirmed the importance of quality as a core value of the company. This year's Quality Month opening ceremony also felt more special because it coincided with the company's significant achievement, namely the achievement of IATF 16949:2016 certification, demonstrating that the company's quality management system meets international standards applicable in the automotive industry. At this event, the IATF 16949:2016 draft certificate was also symbolically presented to the President Director of PT SSWP, Mr. Imakita Koji.


Quality Training and Workshop

At the Quality Month 2025 event, various training activities were conducted as part of the company's continuous improvement efforts, including:

Training on Quality Fraud for all PT SSWP employees.

Total Quality Reliability, implemented with a new, fresher and more interactive concept.

Case study training on Failure Analysis, a collaboration with the University of Indonesia's CMPFA, aimed at deepening understanding and improving failure analysis.

To encourage participation and creativity, PT SSWP also held various competitions, including :

Best Counter Action for QA Finding.

Best Counter Action for NCR (Non-Confirmation Report).

Quality Hero.

Quality Video based on the Quality Month theme.

Closing & Awards

In closing, the company recognized individuals, teams, sections, or plants that demonstrated outstanding contributions during Quality Month. These awards are expected to motivate all employees to continue innovating and maintaining work quality.
