PT. SSWP Achieved IATF 16949:2016 Certification, A Sign of Increasingly Advanced and Oriented Towards Customer Satisfaction.
In November 2025, PT. Sumiden Serasi Wire Products (SSWP) finally achieve a big milestone on the history of the company by acquiring IATF 16949:2016 certification. PT. SSWP was certified by Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS), one of the certification bodies licensed to certify company that proven to apply IATF 16949:2016 standard in their factory.
The long journey since the first commitment to implement IATF 16949:2016 has finally achieve its peak. During 2 long years full of tears, sweat, sacrifice, and guidance by Sentral System, we made many changes and improvements in accordance with the standards requested by the IATF, and we had to adjust the existing standards to the IATF standards which of course put more emphasis on fulfilling customer specifications and controlling product planning, product safety, and suppliers.
The symbolism of certificate handover was done in 4th November 2025 in the opening of Quality Month 2025 by the IATF Coordinator, Mr. Isya Rakhmadi to Mr. Koji Imakita, President Director of PT. SSWP. The ceremony was closed by photo session with all related engineers, supervisors, managers and management.
Certified, certainly, is not the only target. Our main goal is to be able to totally implement all the requirements stated in the IATF as a means to become a company that can compete globally and always carry out continuous improvement in every line of the company for the company's progress.
