The opening ceremony of the new smoking rooms was led by top management Mr. Koji Imakita (President Director), Mr. Kunta Saktiasa, and Mr. Anton (Directors) and attended by management members and representatives from every section, symbolizing our shared commitment to building a better working environment.
These smoking rooms are more than just facilities; they represent a shift in mindset. To support healthier habits, the company has implemented strict rules: smoking is only allowed during break time, with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, and each room has a capacity limit of 20 people. These regulations ensure order, fairness, and discipline for all employees.
This initiative is part of SSWP's continuous effort to promote employee well-being, reduce smoking habits, and improve workplace cleanliness. Most importantly, this facility is provided to help increase factory productivity by keeping working areas clean, focused, and free from unnecessary disruptions.
