SSWT Thailand
On Aug 7 — 8th 2025, SSWP representatives — Ms. Hanuna (Engineer), Mr. Naufal (Engineer), and Mr. Dedi Halim (Senior General Manager) went to Sumiden Steel Wire Thailand (SSWT) for a benchmark. Our main objective was to learn how SSWT reach the highest assessment score in Manufacturing Fundamental Assessment (MFA) among Sumitomo Electric Industries (SEI) company.
Beside of MFA, SSWP and SSWT also shared our company activities in Safety, Environment, Quality, Production (process) each other, taking positive points that we might apply in our each company.
We were very welcomed by Mr. Matsui and Mr. Matsuoka (Board of Directors) and corresponding members which provided us many information that we needed to know about. Beside of intense discussion, we were also permitted to come to the factory and learned more.
In the end of session, this experience was highly praised by Mr. Matsui, as he planned for a brief discussion with Mr. Imakita, President Director of PT SSWP, for another benchmark in the future especially from SSWT to SSWP in Indonesia.
