Employee Gathering
On December 14 - 15th 2024, PT Sumiden Serasi Wire Products (SSWP) held a new annual event called "Employee Gathering". Previously, the event concept was only a " Family Gathering", where all of SSWP employees could bring their families to the event. Employee Gathering only invited exclusively the employees of SSWP to increase the internal bond each other. The event was held in Hotel Seruni, Puncak, Bogor.
On the first day Dec 14th, the event was a team building where all employees were divided into groups. Each group always consisted of employees from each level, including operators, group leaders/foremen, engineers, managers, and top management. Each group performed one of the traditional dances and musics from Indonesia.
In the night, the concept was formally held in the ballroom. After the ceremonial opening from Mr Thomas Rusadi Nugroho as the Project Officer, Mr. Koji Imakita as President Director, and followed by gala dinner, every section's representatives (PC, SW, BW, OT, HSE, PGA, Sales, QA/QC) performed out of their own creativities, such as band, lipsync, and drama. Then, Top managements gave the score and decided the winners. There were also Grandprizes gifted as we have done every year.
On the 2nd day, Dec 15th, the day started with aerobic movement led by an instructor and SSWP volunteers. The event was followed by the breakfast together and enjoying some facilities in the hotel, such as swimming pool, ornaments, and even just walking around the hotel.
The employees of SSWP satisfied with the event, as they never held an event together, when they had a time to talk, play, and making a good performances out of their duties as a worker.
