Strengthening Relationships and Togetherness with Halal Bihalal 2025
November has been recognized as Quality Month for many companies. Many businesses and organization celebrate this month with many activities to enhance awareness and knowledge about the importance of quality. The main goal for these activities are to upgrade our continuous improvement in our process, product, and service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. And also, to make sure that all employees understand the meaning of Jikoteihoshou, in which it translated as ensure the quality of our process before delivered to other process.
In November 2024, PT. Sumiden Serasi Wire Products celebrate Quality Month by organizing "Quality Exhibition" for all employees. This event has been organized annually since the 2021. The theme for this Quality Month is "From Compliance To Performance", in which to highlight that by complying to standards, our performance as individual and team can be perfect. There are several activities organized, such as Quality Exhibition, in which each sections presented their project of kakotora (learning from past complaint) to all attendants, Quality Challenges such as Poster Challenges, MSA (Measurement System Analysis) Challenges, Best Non-Conformity and Quality Finding Counter-Action, and Quality Fraud Training.
On the opening day, we held an opening ceremony delivered by Mr. Koji Imakita as President Director and Mr. Dewa as QA/QC Manager and project steering committee. Then, all managers, general managers, directors and expatriates were invited to the exhibition hall. They were impressed by the design and presentation delivered by each stand guard. After that, all employees are required to attend the exhibition.
At the end of Quality Month, we celebrated the victors for many challenges. We hope that all employees can implement quality point that being presented for the improvement of personnel and company achievement and development.
